FAQ GMES (Residential & Commercial)

 

Q1.         Will gas supply continue as normal?

                Gas supply will continue as normal unless advised otherwise by the system operators.

Q2.         Will GMES be operating as normal?  Will my enquiries be attended during the period?

                Our PICs and their managers can always be contacted by phone.  Our office is operating as normal and the office hours remain unchanged.               

Q3.         How do I make enquiries regarding my gas bill?

                Please log onto our e-portal or contact our personnel or the Customer Care Unit at 1-300-88-4276.

Q4.         Will the deadline for conclusion of the Gas Supply Agreement be extended?

                The deadline is still 31 March 2020.  However, please write to us if you are unable to meet this deadline stating reasons why an extension period is required. 

Q5.         Can I delay payment for my gas bill due to this Order?

                No.  You are encouraged to pay on-line or other electronic means of payment during this period.

Q6.         Will meter reading be conducted as per schedule?

                Yes.  Meter reading and bill will be issued as scheduled.
