Adjustment for December 2025 Billing

Dear Valued Customer,

We refer to the “Tunggakan” reflected in your gas bill for January 2026. This amount relates to Debit Note (DN) issued on 30/1/2026.

The DN was issued following a correction to the Calorific Value (CV) used in your December invoice. The actual CV was higher than what we billed, resulting in an undercharge of gas consumption.

Please be assured that we have implemented corrective measures to prevent this from recurring. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
